The Vanden Plas models are ultra-luxury versions of the XJ8. A 290-bhp/4.0L V-8 or 370-bhp supercharged V-8 (Vanden Plas SC) and 5-speed automatic transmission are available. Connolly Autolux leather interior is standard. 17-inch wheels are standard on the Vanden Plas SC. The only option is a navigation system (standard on Vanden Plas SC).
