This sporty concept foretells future Volvo design cues. With its 20-inch alloy wheels and bold wheel flares, the XC60 should appeal to a younger clientele than the more staid XC90 SUV. In typical Volvo fashion, a new City Safety mode operates at low speed (9.3 mph), and automatically reduces vehicle speed if it determines that a collision is imminent. Power for the XC60 comes from a 3.2L I-6 that cranks out 265-bhp running on E85 fuel. Volvo claims 0-60 MPH in 8.2 seconds, and a top speed of 143 MPH.
