The Malibu is a solid midsize sedan from Chevrolet that offers great value. The 3rd generation Malibu is larger and offers more style than its predecessors did. Three trim levels are offered: LS, LT, and LTZ. The front-wheel-drive Malibu is offered with either a 164-bhp, 2.4L 4-cylinder or 252-bhp, 3.6L V6 engine. While a four-speed automatic is standard on the 2.4L Malibus, some 2.4L models and all 3.6L V6 models feature a 6-speed automatic. Four wheel disc brakes and ABS are standard. The interior of the Malibu is offered with a wide variety of color combinations, many unique within the class. A hybrid model is offered as well.
