- 2010 Audi A5 Cabriolet
- An all-new A5 Cabriolet model replaces the A4 Cabriolet in the Audi lineup. Since the A5 is a coupe variant of the A4, the nomenclature changes with the new model. Like the coupe, the A5 cabriolet is also offered in a higher performance S5 model. A5 models are powered by a 211-bhp turbocharged four-cylinder. S5 models feature a 333-bhp supercharged V6 under the hood. The S5 also receives an 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and a sport version of Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system.

- The Q7 wears revised bumpers, headlights and taillights. The interior features new materials.
Mostly Unchanged
- 2010 Audi A3
- The A3 adds an optional 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine to the lineup. The 3.2L V6 model has been dropped.
- 2010 Audi A4 Avant
- 2010 Audi A4 Sedan
- The S4 performance model rejoins the lineup. The S4 equips a supercharged 3.0L V6 rated at 333-bhp and 325 lb-ft with a choice of 6-speed manual or 7-speed sequential manual transmissions. Styling changes include new front/rear bumpers, trunk lid with integrated spoiler, unique 18-inch wheels, sport seats and S4 badging. No S4 Avant will be imported to the US.
- 2010 Audi A5 coupe
- The turbocharged four-cylinder from the A4 joins the A5 lineup creating A5 2.0T models. Navigation models feature an upgraded MMI system with SIRIUS traffic. LED tail lights are added to higher trim levels. A manual transmission is no longer available with the 3.2L V6. The 2010 model year is the last year the V8 engine resides under the hood of the S5 coupe.

- An upgraded 3.2L V6 produces 265-bhp.
- 2010 Audi A8
- The A8 line only consists of the 4.2L V8 in short and long wheelbase versions. The W12 and S8 models are not available for 2010.

- The R8 gains a V10 powered model. The 5.2L V10 is rated at over 500-bhp.
